Warranty

Every refurbished or unboxed product goes through Budli's 25 point quality check. 

All new and some unboxed products come with at least 6 months brand warranty. Every refurbished device comes with 6 months Budli service warranty. In case brand warranty is not available for some unboxed devices, these will have Budli's 6 months service warranty.

Returns 

Budli.in shall accept return of a product within 7 days of receipt of the product only if the product does not match the description or specification mentioned. In such a case the buyer is expected to contact us by email within this period with details and proof of the mismatch. Budli.in shall arrange return collection of the product and on verification, have the right to either replace the product with a similar product of the similar value or refund the paid amount.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
