What does refurbished mean?

Refurbished products are unused “new” items that were returned in original packaging by a customer, or they may be previously used products with some defects and after repairing the defects, they are sold either with original manufacturer warranty or a 6 month seller warranty across 100+ locations in India.

How are refurbished products different from New?

The main difference between "refurbished" and "New" products is that
refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly, and
are thus defect free, while "New" products are original packed boxes.

What does Open Seal mean?

Seal Open Products are basically unused devices that carry the original seal and these devices once again go through quality checks.

Where can I get my product serviced in case of problem?

  • Scenario 1: if product is sold with Manufacturing Warranty, buyer can get the service from local service network of manufacturer. The process will be same as new product.
  • Scenario 2: if product is sold with 6 months service warranty across 100+ locations in india, buyer will have to approach seller for any issue and send product to sellers place and seller will help for repair / sellers service center network.

Terms For Sale:

In case a Sales Tax Way Bill is required in your location, the same has to be provided by you. The order shall be cancelled if it is not provided. Octroi, if applicable, will be borne by you. We require a valid address & Indian mobile number for all dispatches. If the number provided by you during order placement is incorrect we reserve the right to not dispatch your order, cancel the order, and refund your amount back to you through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
