📹 Mandatory: Unboxing Video

Please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package. This is required to process any claims regarding transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a non-refundable advance deposit is required. COD is available for devices up to ₹15,000.

⏱ Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders on Sundays or public holidays are shipped the next business day.
  • Tracking details are sent via email immediately upon shipment.

📦 Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days. Remote locations or heavy items (Desktops, Printers) may require additional time or specialized shipping charges.

🔄 Return & Replacement

Every device passes a 25-point check. If you receive a faulty unit, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product is defective or damaged in transit.
  • Product is not functioning as described.
  • Incorrect product delivered.

📝 How to return?

  1. Email shop@budli.in with your Order ID.
  2. Attach the unboxing video for verification.
  3. Once approved, return the product via post or at our Bangalore facility.
  4. Return shipping is free for approved defective cases.

💳 Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund: If a replacement is not available for a defective item.
  • 85% Refund: If the product is functional and the customer chooses to return it.
  • Non-Refundable: COD advance payments and insurance charges.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the device passes our internal inspection.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Physical or accidental damage caused after delivery.
Items with missing original accessories or mismatched IMEI.
Devices modified, rooted, or with unauthorized repairs.
Return requested after the 7-day window.
Items sold on an "as-is" basis (unless defective on arrival).

Shipping & Returns FAQ

Can I return a device if I don't like the color?
Returns are accepted only for defective or "not as described" items. If the device is functional and you wish to return it, an 85% refund is applicable.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent to your registered email address as soon as the courier picks up the package.
What happens if my item is damaged in shipping?
All shipments are insured. Email us immediately with your unboxing video. We will handle the insurance claim and provide a replacement or refund.
