Factory reset & wiped— storage securely erased; no leftover data.
Verified before dispatch— the data wipe is part of our 25-point check.

Refurbished means a device gets a second life — never someone else's leftover data.

New

Brand new, sealed box. Unused excess stock or customer return in original packaging.

Warranty & returns: Manufacturer Warranty

Unboxed

Unused customer return. Box may be opened but device is untouched. Fully functional with all accessories.

Warranty & returns: Manufacturer warranty + 7-day return

Good Condition

Light signs of previous usage (minor scratches). All original parts. Tested and fully functional.

Warranty & returns: 6-12 month service warranty + 7-day return

Refurbished

Professionally tested and repaired if needed, using high-quality compatible parts. May show cosmetic wear but works perfectly. Best value option.

Warranty & returns: 6-12 month service + 7-day return

Usable

Minor defects clearly mentioned in listing (e.g., speaker, weak camera). Device is tested and usable.

Warranty & returns: 6-12 month service warranty (excludes mentioned defect) + 7-day returns

Pre-Owned / As-Is

Heavy signs of usage or multiple defects. Sold for parts or budget buyers. Condition fully disclosed.

Warranty & returns: No warranty. No returns. Final sale.

Note on parts: For devices graded Refurbished, any part replaced during servicing — such as a screen, battery, or other component — may be a high-quality compatible part rather than an original manufacturer part. This doesn't affect the device's tested functionality and is covered under the grade's standard service warranty. Devices graded Good Condition or above use only original parts.
