This page is for dealers who use the Budli Wholesale app (com.budli.wholesale) from Budli Internet Pvt. Ltd. It explains how to ask us to delete your account and your data.
How to request deletion
- Email shop@budli.in, or message Budli on WhatsApp from the Account tab of the app, with the subject "Delete my Budli Wholesale account".
- Include your business name and the mobile number you use to sign in.
- We confirm your identity and complete the request within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your dealer profile: business name, contact name, email and addresses.
- Documents you uploaded for verification: GST certificate, PAN card and shop photo.
- Your sign-in sessions and device records.
What we keep
Order, proforma invoice and payment records for lots you have submitted are kept as required by Indian tax and accounting law. We keep only what the law requires and use it for nothing else.
Delete only your documents
You can also ask us to delete only the documents you uploaded, without closing your account. Use the same email and say which documents to remove.
